Loud enough for a desk or a bed. There’s a + VOL - rocker on the edge right where your thumb lands. One buyer got it for a hard-of-hearing parent and said loud and clear. It’s not for a noisy street.

If it is faulty we send a new one free, and usually we do not ask for the old one back. We do not take back handsets that work as described, so if you are unsure which plug you need, ask us before you order.
